1) Prospective Tenant fills out our quick preliminary application below

2) GPG reviews preliminary application and requests additional information as needed

3) We schedule a tour of the property

4) Tenant provides any additional information needed, along with credit/background check

5) Assuming the application is 'approved' - GPG prepares lease

6) Tenant moves into their beautiful new GPG home
